A collision between a tanker and cargo ship in the North Sea off the coast of Yorkshire, England, resulted in at least 32 injuries, fires, and a kerosene leak. The search for one missing crew member from the cargo ship, Solong, has been called off. The tanker, Stena-Immaculate, was carrying kerosene and was temporarily chartered by the U.S. Military Sealift Command.
